Former governor of Enugu State, Chimaroke Nnamani has taken to his official Twitter handle to call on his fellow Igbo brothers and sisters to form a coalition with the Yoruba people in their quest to produce a president.
Nnamani stated in a series of tweets on Monday that the Igbos are thriving in the homeland of the Yorubas, and some of the Igbos who tied the knot with people from the South West, are happily married. The former governor also predicted that two Igbo-friendly political parties would lose the 2023 elections.
The Peoples Democratic Party and Labour Party appeared to be mentioned by the former governor, notwithstanding his omission of the parties names. He went on to say that he and his fellow Igbos could always resort to spare parts and hugging containers. The Igbos are well known for their level of business expertise.
“We can always resort to spare parts and hugging containers. For this ongoing political expedition, my Igbo people have suffered the consequences of Sociopolitical Insularity. Confused by mediocre and cry-babies. Emergency Politicos.”
