A non partisan, non profit making, non governmental organisation known as ASSOCIATION FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE AND DEMOCRACY IN NIGERIA has petitioned National Judicial Council of Nigeria (NJC) on the miscarriage of justice in Enugu State Governorship case by lower courts, the Tribunal that sat in Enugu and Appeal that sat in Lagos State respectively.
The petition was signed by the National President Prof. Nwala and a BOT member Prince Emeka Mamah.
