The chairman of the Nigeria Police Service Commission (PSC), Solomon Arase, has declared that no special treatment will be given to politicians in the ongoing recruitment process at the Police Academy, Wudil, Kano, Kano State.
According to him, the commission will ensure a credible and open recruitment process for the ongoing recruitment process.
Arase stated this during a briefing to journalists following a visit to the Commandant and the Management staff of the academy on Tuesday.
“When we were setting up the recruitment board, we brought everybody on board. Under such a circumstance, it is very difficult for you to influence it.
“I can assure you that it is not shared by any politician,” Daily Trust quoted the former Inspector General of Police saying.
