A radio presenter at Nigeria Info Abuja, Deborah Ohamara, has repeatedly died in a tragic road accident in Abuja.
Reports obtained on Tuesday morning revealed that Ohamara was involved in a fatal accident that happened yesterday on Airport Road in Lugbe, Abuja.
The incident occurred when a sand-filled heavy-duty truck collided with her vehicle.
A Daily Post report quoted an eyewitness, Nten Ekpang, to have disclosed that Ohamara was hit from behind by another car, causing her to collide with the moving trailer.
Sadly, she succumbed to the injuries sustained in the crash. Nigeria Info 95.1 FM expressed their deep sorrow and announced the untimely passing of the talented and beloved broadcaster, Deborah Ohamara (Debbie).
“Ohamara, who was a staff of Nigeria Info 95.1 FM Abuja, was driving from the airport axis when a vehicle hit her car from behind and she rammed into the moving truck,” the eyewitness noted.
It was gathered that the incident, which happened around 3 pm on Monday, caused traffic gridlock on the expressway.
Ohamara, popularly described as the golden voice of Naija Info, hailed from Cross River State.
