Cubana Chief Priest, Burna Boy Clash on Social Media

Popular socialite Cubana Chief Priest has found himself in a heated altercation with Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy, sparking a dramatic social media exchange.

The feud ignited after Burna Boy made a post that many perceived as a veiled reference to Chief Priest, a close ally of singer Davido. In the now-viral post on his Instagram, Burna Boy allegedly called the socialite “Owerri Rick Ross”, in a line that read:

“No forget say you be Azaman o And dem don gbe your plug wey him name na ‘Omo Igbo’ for ATL and na u be next #OwerriRickyrozay.”

Chief Priest, not one to back down, quickly fired back with a sharp response on his own Instagram story. He compared Burna Boy’s Grammy win to that of embattled American rapper Diddy, writing:

“Diddy oil the fastest way to PTSD. You never see anything, you & your bend down collect Grammy. The Ferrari’s. London jewelers debt. I am coming. I have long waited for this moment. Osubrileeee oooo.”

The exchange has stirred considerable attention, especially given Chief Priest’s strong ties with Davido and Burna Boy’s ongoing rivalry with the popular singer. This back-and-forth between the two has further fueled the tension between the artists, drawing widespread commentary from fans and social media users.
