According to Jibaniya, the wrapper and white singlet represent the traditional outfit of the Jukun Wapan people in Wukari, Taraba State.
While the groom embraced his cultural heritage by wearing the traditional attire, his bride appeared in a conventional white wedding gown.
The groom’s best man also wore the same traditional outfit as the groom, adding a strong cultural touch to the ceremony.
