The Taraba State Governorship Election Tribunal has upheld the election of Agbu Kefas of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the validly elected governor of Taraba State.
The three-member tribunal panel ruled that the petition filed by the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), challenging the election of Kefas, lacks merit and has consequently dismissed it.
