The Nasarawa Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has sacked the state Governor, Abdullahi Sule.
The tribunal declared David Ombugadu, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), as winner of the election.
During the ruling on Monday, two of the justices said Ombugadu won the election, while one judge dissented.
