The Labour Party (LP) has withdrawn its petition against the election of Rivers State governor, Sim Fubara, in March 2023.
The Labour Party also dropped its petition against the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the last election.
The party’s governorship candidate, Beatrice Itubo, also pledged to support Governor Fubara’s government for the progress of Rivers State.
