Yunusa Tanko, a prominent spokesperson for the Labour Party, has voiced a strong belief that Peter Obi, the party’s 2023 presidential candidate, has a significant chance to win the 2027 presidential election.
According to Tanko, the current socio-economic and political climate in Nigeria presents an ideal opportunity for Obi to appeal to voters who are increasingly dissatisfied with the country’s status quo, and he may pose a formidable challenge to President Bola Tinubu.
