Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham has reportedly unfollowed her colleague Funke Akindele on Instagram following a public snub at a movie premiere.
Both actresses were attending the premiere of a film produced by Iyabo Ojo’s production company. A video from the event shows Toyin greeting Iyabo Ojo at her table, after which she extended a greeting to Funke Akindele. Funke, however, allegedly ignored Toyin completely, prompting her to move on and greet Mercy Aigbe instead.
The clip quickly went viral, drawing attention from fans and sparking discussions about a possible rift between the two stars.
Reacting to the incident, Toyin Abraham took to social media to confirm that she had unfollowed Funke Akindele and vowed not to greet her again. She wrote:
“I have unfollowed her, God forbid bad thing. If I ever greet her again that means I am a bastard.”
A check of their Instagram accounts reveals that both Toyin and Funke have now unfollowed each other, fueling speculation about tension between the actresses.
