The founder of Omega Power Ministries (OPM), Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, has shared an update on his adopted son, Aboy Chibuzor, noting a noticeable change in the young man’s behaviour shortly after his marriage.
In a post accompanied by a photo, the cleric said the autistic youth appeared calmer and more composed just a day after the union. He also claimed that Aboy, who previously required assistance, is now able to feed himself.
According to the pastor, the development marks a significant shift in the young man’s demeanour. “For the first time, I am seeing him calm and not baring all his teeth,” he wrote while sharing a picture of Aboy alongside the woman he described as his wife.
The marriage, which reportedly involved pairing the young man with an older woman, has drawn mixed reactions online, with some observers expressing concern over the circumstances surrounding the arrangement, while others pointed to the reported behavioural improvement highlighted by the pastor.
